Default Tyre Pressure

Does front tyre pressure > rear makes the car more oversteer? or makes the car more understeer?
And does it relate to the car's motion when giving gas and let off the gas?

To reduce understeer raise front tire pressure, and/or lower rear tire pressure.

To reduce oversteer lower front tire pressure, and/or raise rear tire pressure.

So F > R reduce understeer, R > F reduce oversteer
I am so mess up of it because someone told me that if raise up the rear pressure can reduce understeer because it has less contact path
