Default tranny help

i've just put together my engine about a month and a half ago and now my tranny doesn't feel right. i can't find any gears with the shifter because it moves freely. i can throw around the shifter without going in the little "H" pattern to find a gear. it was fine until now...can somebody help?

the bearing in the bottom of you shift lever is gone, done, kaput, ceese to exist. happens a lot with older teggs. So here are your options #1 take it out and have a new bearing pressed in or #2 you can find a genuine short throw for about 50 bucks. DO NOT buy a cheap one off ebay if your going to buy one there make sure its the real deal i got a genuine tenzo r for 30 off ebay. the cheap ones are just that cheap they break.
