TPS voltage help
I got a b18b1 motor
having trouble calibrating the TPS
i can get the .5v on closed throttle
but open throttle it goes to like 4.7 or 4.8 somewhere around there
cant get it to 4.5v exactly.
This is an 65mm throttle body.
is it because its a bigger throttle body?
Would you guys rather have 4.5v open or .5v closed.
Any help appreciated

^^ TPS is well within range, is the ecu throwing a code? I would suggest checking the grounds on the thermostat, most sensors share a common ground there and mine threw codes and it ended up being the wires had stretched and pulled out of the electrical connector.
alright thanks for the reply.
notice when doing partial throttle is bogs bad. but when open throttle no problems.
will tps voltage dump more fuel making it bog like that.

Try .47-.48 closed and see where wide open is should be 4.5-4.6 then test drive. If you don't have a lot of mods 68mm is too big. Depending on mods you might be better off w/65mm. Edit: oops, misread size. Keep in mind a stock ITR has a 64mm t/b and your head flows waaayy less air...
