Default TPS problem

has anyone had an issue with not being able to adjust a TPS sensor to low enough voltage for a good idle. I put on a skunk2 alpha throttle body and the tps won't adjust enough to get the idle down. Or not throw a TPS code.

Did you calibrate the TPS with a volt meter to spec?

Thats the problem. I can't adjust the tps to low enough voltage for it work properly. Its like the throttle bidy has a defect or something and it won't allow it.
