torque specs?!
umm your about to get flamed by a bunch of dudes for not searching!
anyways i just typed it in the SEARCH box like this "camshaft torque specs" and um came up with this. took all of like 30 seconds. by the way the search button is top right corner bold and red! well i'll give you benefit of the doubt and say you just didn't know how to search...well now you do,

Are the camshaft caps the same as the holder plates? If they are some of them should be torqued to 7.2 lb/ft. and some should be at 20lb/ft. This link explains how to torque them http://www.team-integra.net/se...D=613

Hope you have a nice torque wrench for tightening those bolts. Those cheap ones aren't accurate for crap down that low.
An lb-in torque wrench would be best, multiply the lb-ft number by 12.
After screwing up my brother's oil pan with a cheap@$$ torque wrench, I finally bought a nice Craftsman 5-80 lb-ft wrench. I'd still like to get a lb-in wrench to go with it.

for C1 , its 20 ft/lbs for the 12mm bolts , 7.2ft/lbs for the couple 10mm bolts. start in the middle and work out. make sure everything has good coat of oil first and godlike clean. also you should have your adjuster nuts on your rockers cracked and loosened all the way off , keep tension off the cams while tightening them in.
