what are the best tires to put on stock 96 gsr wheels??

These are all around great tires, with excellent wet performance, as well as dry.

from anyone's experience, what is the tread life on the azenis?

 

whoa those s03's are a bargain -- got my kumhos for 60$, cant beat the price man.

 

Azenis treadwear = 200...
S03 treadwear = 220

I don't know exactly what that means... but the S03's will last longer.

Stock Michelins have a 220 treadwear rating.

The better the treadwear, the less sticky the tire usually.

 

Im lookin to spend around $100 a piece. im only replacing the front so the tires have to be 195/55 r15. so what is the best tire that comes in those size. by hte way, im not doing autox, i go to the dragway once evvery other month. so its mostly for sreet racing.

 

Here are the SO3 if anyone is interested...I like them alot. You'd be hard pressed to try to convince of a better tire - for the price that is - than these
195/50/15.............Ill probably get 15,000 miles on em.
