timing help

i need help with my 1994 integra rs. i just bought it and the guy had the fuel pressure up to 61psi and thats way to high, so i turned down the pressure. now the timing is also retarded all the way so can someone help me and give me the timing specs and give me a wiring diagram so i can time it correctly

The spec is 16 +/- 2 degrees BTDC. You don't need any sort of wiring diagram. All you need is a timing light and a paper clip or small piece of wire to jump the service connector.

where is the service connector located at?

passenger side kick panel. Should look similar to the one pictured in this thread:

Although your's may be blue, and it may be in a green or blue rubber socket.
