Been seriously considering buying this as my first car, been interested for a while but this seems like it could be good, looking to get some opinions from people who know a hell of a lot more then me, pictures are below I can provide any other information. If you respond - thanks I really appreciate it!
It’s a nice car, i’ve owned my Dc2 for almost 2 years now and had very few issues, only common ones like cv joints and what not. but i would say this is a very solid car, it even has a turbo. if this is what your looking for then go ahead. it’s your choice if you like it buy it how much is it?

he wants like around 6,500 but I bet I could get him lower, is that a good price?
Yeah, just depends what you're looking for. Make sure you can have the car pass the annual smog inspection every one or two years with all those mods. 6500 doesn't sound all that bad, but I would also never want a turbo'd b-series as my only daily driven car. I'd like something a little more dependable.
1. The price is great.
2. Not so great...Turbo modified cars are done for a reason. The reason is to go faster, so you should expect to spend $$$ in the near future fixing it.
3. Not as nice as a coupe...It's a four door.

Ok two things, first the 4dr is more practical and I honestly like the look more, secondly, he's only running 5 psi of boost, I have a dyno of it if you wanna see it.

On 5 psi boost is it really that unreliable, anything i should check for when I go to check the car out in person?
Well, it's someone else's project so no telling what the quality of the work is. If it's done really well, it may be fine, but builds are rarely done really well. I would check for leaks or other signs of shortcuts being taken (Shitty wire splicing, zip ties, rubbing, etc.). If you knew these cars like the back of your hand, it would be a safer play, but it doesn't sound like you do. That makes it higher risk for you.

Yeah I need to be cautious, I usually get ahead of myself. If I wanted to go look at it it would have to be in a week and a half so I have plenty of time to consider it. Might just back off as I have never owned my own car yet alone a heavily modified one, although the quality of parts seems like he has put a lot of time and money into it, the wire tuck and SRS/ABS delete also has me worried, he wouldn't fully explain what his SRS delete is (SRS delete would be removing airbags?), but he says that the airbags still work?? I'm gonna have to ask a lot more questions to be comfortable buying, but as you said I definitely do not know the car like the back of my hand because I have never owned one (I drive a 11 Versa hatch).
With your budget, you should be able to find a really nice 8th gen SI or RSX type S that is close to stock. That would be a really fun and much more reliable first car.

What makes you say the B18C is unreliable, I thought it was one of their better engines, now I'm curious. Also I wanted an IS 300 for a while but was struggling to find one.
It is very reliable. If your heart is set on a GSR, then wait for a nicely maintained, close to original one and jump on it. I see them all the time on FB. Just join a few integra groups and you'll start to see them too.
harsh but true, should I just be looking for a stock one?
Unless you're dead set on DC/DB chassis, I would take iwannarace's advice and look for a stock 06-11 SI or DC5. Just stay away from anything highly modified.

Yeah I'm not really a fan of the 8th gens, I like the look of most 90's hondas, thanks for all the help I appreciate it.
