Default test pipe/header outlet not fitting?!

Ok so i have a 94 gsr with some dc 4-1 header... well i just bought an omni 3" test pipe... the catch is that the outlet to my header is 2.5" and the inlet to the test pipe is 3"... so the test pipe is wider than the header... and the bolt holes wont line up..wat should i do?

unless you have the jdm dc 4-1, your collector is 2.25''. how about just sticking with the oem cat?
