Teg steering wheel problem

A buddy of mine bought an aftermarket steering wheel for his 97 integra ls. But he is having a problem getting his horn and cruise control to work. Has anybody else had these problems? Please help, thanks.

aren't the cruise control buttons on the stock steering wheel?

Yes the cruise buttons are on the steering wheel. We cant figure out how to hook anything up b/c it seems to be all wired in together with the airbag.
