Default technical build help b18c1

I was wondering if anyone here try this out yet. I have a 95 b18c1 motor which i'm planning to build. 84mm sleeves block, 5.531 gsr rod length, standard 87mm stroke. I'm doing a 12:1 CR NA motor of course. Here is what i want to know, how much of a difference will a 1.61 r/s ratio compare to a 1.58 r/s ratio make? will it help out with higher revving? or is it better doing a reverse vtec ls? ls rotating assembly in a gsr block. Let me know what you guys think.

rod ratios that close aren't even worth worrying about.

the all motor forum will be more help than here

if you run 12:1 on pump gas forged pistons with coated tops and a reshaped combustion chamber from someone like endyn will make the car a lot easier to give timing.

other thoughts. get as much displacement from the build as you can. the dart blocks are also superior to any sleeved block i have seen. i would price both.
