Default taking out hyper blinker

hey guys,
i searched on how to slow down the turn signals but it seems like more people want to make them faster than slower. this one didnt really help either: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=579841

i tried putting in a new relay but wasted 13 bucks so im guessing the previous owner messed with the wirings of the bulbs. right now im right here -

if anyone can help or give advice, id appreciate it. thanks.

you really should check the bulb though, if it's blown it will blink fast. it will blink fast if it's a bigger bulb than it's meant for too. you can ask the previous owner what he did too ********

before you do that. check to see what size bulb u have in the rear. one way to have hyper blinkers is put smaller bulb in the rear. just put the regular size bulb and u should be fine.

i dont think so.cause when i put smaller bulbs in the back it made my blinkers blink faster. but put big bulbs in both the front and back just to make sure. just go to a pep boys or something and go to the devices that tells you what size bulb to put in for your car

If your bulb is not the correct size as the oem bulb then it will cause it to blink fast or if one of the wires is unhooked to say the rear taillight or the front corners that will also cause it to blink fast. Check all your bulbs and wiring make sure everything is plugged in.

Also the arrows in the guage cluster will blink as fast as the they are on the outside!

my left rear turning signal turned out to be smaller and is using a different socket than all of the other blinkers. i guess this is the cause of the fast blinking.

yup. now just go to the junk yard pick up some regular size socket and cut and splice. after that you're home free no more hyper blinkers
