syncro going bad
 
I have a bad syncro when i shift from 2 into 3. Can someone help me?

First make sure your clutch engagement point is adjusted properly.

Then check your Manual Tranny Fluids condition/level, better yet, swap some fresh Honda MTF in and see if your grinds go away. If not, then either learn to time your shifts better to prevent grindage, or replace syncro / tranny.

Some people also think Pennzoil friction modified syncromesh MTF will solve some grinding issues, but I have only used Honda MTF and have no problems at all with my high mileage tranny.

ya try what he said my tranny would fall out of 5th it was due to low fluid but pulled tranny anyways changed all the syncros bearings seals and added lsd for 1,000 bucks worth every penny
