I have ground control and I like them. They are fairly easy to adjust, I just jack the car up and use a spray bottle with water and a touch of soap on them to clean out the grime before adjusting them. Combine these with Koni Yellows and a good sway you should be handling beautifully. Keep in mind you should be setting and forgetting your suspension settings for the most part. IE you will tweak them a bit to get the proper corner weighting/travel/springs/etc... But once you have them right, you want to leave them where they are as you need an alignment everytime you change ride height.

EDIT: (out of posts for the day) I don't know about Skunk2, but GC recommends not using WD40 or any lubricant, just water. I only add soap (dawn) to help break down any oil based road grime.
