i have both a da and ef and i dont know which i should keep here is a list of things both cars have
91 DA
blown ls
full-race traction bars
full exhaust
tanabe full coilovers
polyurethane trailing arm bushings
skunk2 lcr
body has rust in quarters, small quarter size in doors, hood kinda dinged up and drivers fender
91 ef
gsr
ctr cams
skunk2 first gen manifold
full exhaust header was bottomed out
tokico whites adjustable with neuspeed race drop springs
body has small rust in quarters not as bad as teg

Keep both. Lol. Why get rid of them? Haha. No but i guess if you have to get rid of one consider how much fun they are and how much money you can get for each.
i thank u should go with the da....i had the same problem to ethier my ef or my da and i stook with my da becuase n the long run the da is going to worth more than the ef and the da has rear disc brakes lol...and u can found parts easier...it take so much time just to look for parts to fix the ef...but thats just my oppenion its really up to u...just do ur research first before u deside
