Considering how poorly the side at the door fits (or rather, isn't fitted), it is probably just a mat thrown over the dash...

Also, great job covering the outside vents and rendering them useless...

 

It's the angle of the picture, the side mirror cover is blocking the view of all things that you claim is wrong.

To answer the OP's question, just take it to any automotive upholstery shop, they can cover your dash with anything u want.
