strange electrical issues.
I finally narrowed it to a single series of strange events. The dome lights will not work at all the trunk light will not work and they all show no power with the multimeter. The antenna doesnt work and also shows no power with the meter.
When i crank the car it is normal the radio works and everyhting seems ok. Then if i power the radio off it will make the trunk ajar light in the cluster come on. Then when i power the radio back on the trunk open light goes off and the 6 beep sequence will start( six beep sequence as in the one that starts when you crank the car).
Also if i power the overhead light in the front ,located between the sunroof anf rearview, i get the same symptoms. The overhead light powered on the trunk light comes on, powered back off and i get the six beep sequence.
I also hear two relays click when either of the above happens, i hear one relay in the back click and another on the drivers side under the dash.
I put the stock radio back in earlier but it didnt help. The wipers now work on the intermittent setting no matter what soi guess thats a plus.
I'm sure its a short or bad ground but i'm a little confused as to where to begin looking?

sorry I'm a newb again. I would check EVERY FUSE under the dash and under the hood. One blown out fuse can cause everything electrical the malfunction because they run int. lighting circuits with for instants the 4-ways or flashers. Either that or if you have and aftermarket keyless entry, check and see how its wired in, in fact, pull the panels out from under the dash and check the wiring in case someone tampered with it. hope this helps.

Well thanks for trying to help, i checked all fuses they were good. No keyless entry or remote start so thats not it. The dash has been out before but there wasnt any visible problems. I'm sure its just a short or ground issue and will just take a while to track down.

BUMP this isnt going away on its own
i need help figuring out what all these have in common...if i can do that i will be one step closer. I've been looking over diagrams in the helm but it hasnt clicked yet.

well you can rule out short to ground because if it was a short to ground it would constantly blow fuses all the time because while these components on their own would never pull 10a or w.e the fuse is when it shorts to ground you just get all the power of the battery flowing through that short. It sounds like a crosses wire but idk what they all have in common, im new to integras.
I have a weird problem kinda like that, my intermittent wipers dont work, no antenna, no rear defroster, my binkers in the front corners only have 1 light per corner, no chimes if I leave my keys in or lights on, no dome light.... my fuse keeps blowing but they are all related somehow, I think the best way to find your problems is to trace the harness, look for cuts in the harness or wires that arent supposed 2 be touching... Ive done a decent amount of searching and it seams no one really has an answer for stuff like this, its just lots of time and testing... goodlcuk!!

ok well the intermittent wiper problem is now gone, i have tried every combo of problems i can think of and the intermittent settingon the wipers work fine now.
Howeve ron my drive home last night i noticed that if i applied the brakes hard and quick a few times that the trunk open light would flash for a split second and then the beep sequence would start again. Sorta like a momentary completionof the circuit.
Well all these electrical components are in the same harness from my reading in the helm. Also the trunk adjar light, hatch lgiht, dome light and front spotlights are powered by the same source.
Also i think its something to do with the poer antenna, the radio turning off is what poweres the antenna to go back down which causes the trunk adjar light to come on.
I think i get it figured out but then i just end up confusing myself.
I had a bad ground issue before with my taillights, the ground bolt on the rear wall of the trunk was loose. I searched for a few days trying to find out what the deal was but then one night i was fumbling around in my trunk in the dark and i caught a glimpse of a spark and realized it was the ground arcing. So i tightened it back down and it solved the issue. So i'm gonna try that method tonight in the dark. Its a shot in the dark but it worked once and if i can get a spark i know where the short is!

Damn man and i thought i had it bad! Well i'm gonna try my best to ge tthis fixed this weekend. I've been reading schematics and trying to find the one thing that all these have in common. If i get it fixed i will def let you know what the problem is.
teh weird thing with me is i'm not getting ebough voltage to cross over to blow the fuse...its a weird situation. My g/f's dad is an electrician so hes gonna help me out this weekend and were gonna try to ge this sorted out.
just found another common link between the issues...
This was found inan old thread on team-integra
"INTEGRATED CONTROL UNIT:
It's in the underdash fuse box. It looks like it is part of the fuse box. It's the big white thing on the back of the fuse box with a connecter with many wires on the end towards the driver's side. My '99 schematic shows no connections to the turn signals. It controls the intermittent wipers, and the rear defroster timer, and has the key in ignition and lights on warning beeper, etc."
this ICU is what is beepin and making the defroster light flash on, so now i just gotta find the link from the ICU to the power antenna and dome light.
