Steering/suspension problem
Several years ago the driver side front wheel hit a big pot hole at about 30/40 mph and the wheel was bent. The dealer replaced the wheel and tire, adjusted the alignment. Since then when turn left the car feels "loose"/oversteer, when turn right the car feels "tight" or understeer, in other words it takes less effort to turn the steering wheel to left than to right. It's not severe but noticeable and annoying. When driving on flat road going straight the car is not pulling either to the left or right, but when driving on road inclining toward the left the car wants to turn left more so than when driving on right incling road and wants to turn right. The tire wear seems to be normal. Another thing is the car sits lower on driver side. On driver side the top of tires are about half inch closer to the fender well. I heard this is common for honda cars. The car has 80k miles on it and I drive alone mostly and this maybe be causing the springs sagging? I am not sure if this is related to my issue.
I guess something was bent besides the wheel but I'd like to know what exactly caused the steering problem.
