okay i haven't drove the car in 3 days. i try starting it and hear a slow turnover. then the starter just starts clicking real fast, and the car won't start. the battery is good and all the lights come on. i searched but couldn't find anything on this. help!

 

either battery is done one of ur grounds are faulty or ur starter is done. Check grounds first then take a hammer n try tappin the starter.

 

k i just replaced the starter last week. but i'll check the battery and grounds.

 

wow u jus replaced it damn was it brand new or a used one. Also check the starter bolts then maybe they backed out and the starter isnt engaging on the flywheel

 

well i guess it's the battery, which is an optima because the car started after jumping it.

aight glad u got it fixed optimas can still be drained it should be fine if u let it run for a bit
