SPRINGTECH COILOVERS...?????????
has anyone had any experience with this brand? they seem pretty reasonable priced for coilovers with dual rate springs.
was either going to buy lowering springs/struts for my new suspension or these. any opinions?

Never heard of Springtech. I rather go the right way, then take a short cut. Get something known for their name like what 1998_4dr_gsr said; Tein, GC, Omni, BC, F&F, SK2, etc.
You have shocks & springs, not struts.
I would go with proven setups only, like said above.
Ground Control (~$315) is the only slip on coilover I would trust, pair them with Koni Yellows (~$450) and you will have a set up which has proven it self time and time again.
If you are on a budget, there is always AGX Shocks and some type of name brand spring, or the Tokico kit.

I just installed a set of Springtech shocks on a customers Accord last weekend and they looked cheap.
There was about 5 coats of paint on the shock, So when I installed the fronts down into the fork, I had to rig up a press.
So now all of the paint has fallen off and the bottom of the shock is exposed to the weather with no coatings on some places.
I give them 2-4 years if this kid moves back up north.
Apparently Springtech is a sister company of DropZone so they are basically the same quality, So take that information and run with it.
