other integra owners don't have this issue because there is no limiter

There is no limiter. In the integra you are limited by power and/or tranny.

I dont know if there is a speed governor on the stock ECU or not, but my GSR is gear/rpm limited. I know its stupid in most cases, but on the open interstates of ND, i had my GSR to 142mph before i decided it was a bad idea. It had plenty left in it as well....315whp in a light, aerodynamic car will do that

maybe you have JDM ecu, those stop ya @ 120mph. and possibly your VSS/cluster is off a bit, and your actually going 120. Check your ECU and see what code is on it. then come back and tell us and we/I can tell ya if that is your problem.

120mph = 180km

If the ECU is a stock USDm, there is no limiter. If it is a stock JDM ECU, there is a limiter. Don't drive that fast on public roads.

i had my da in 5th gear, bouncing of 8200, not sure how fast that is, my speedometer was maxed, and then some. but it seemed like you couldn't see straight. kinda scary like a fast woosh sound. over and over.

Less than a year ago i flipped my first DA four times at 90 mph because I had the SAME EXACT MIND SET AS YOU, and was in the same exact situation. I got lucky; so did my passenger.

The cop who has to chase you down, the person you didn't see and killed... basically anyone who was anywhere near you.

With posts like this, etiher preface it with "track conditions", or put your flame suit on.
