Default Spark plug question

I have a set of NGK BKR6EGP spark plugs that my friend gave me. I want to use them on my integra. I have a 1999 integra GS B18B1. I looked up the specs for these spark plugs and they only list the GSR b18C1 and the Type R B18C5 can use these spark plugs. What is the difference between spark plugs of vtec and non-vtec motors? I know the gapping is different but the spark plug part #'s are completely different. Can I use this set on my B18B1? I have tried to look up info on this and couldn't find any.

You can't regap platnium plugs so if they are not 1.1mm gap, then you can not use them

So if they are gapped properly then I can use them? But what is the difference between the vtec and non vtec? is it just the gapping?

Because vtec and non vtec engines have different compression ratios it makes you use different gapping for those engines. The plugs you have might work, but will not be as good as the right ones and could wear out sooner, and for the price they are you might as well just get the right ones.

Stick to the NGK ZFR5F11. They're cheap and recommended OEM replacement.
These ensure you're in the right heat range.
