Default some engine advice?

hey guys i was wondering if you guys could tell me what you think about this:
my integra Ls cylinder block was cracked and I'm looking for a engine swap asap,

1st Gen, 160hp, engine only VTEC B16A1 1.6L for $595
(probably need a Pr3 ecu w/ this for about $200-$300 right?)
or
a non-VTEC, DOHC, engine only B18B 1.8L for $850

i'm kinda low on cash and need my car running asap so these are the best i could find. Which engine would be a better choice for a 1995 LS? Are there any other swaps i can consider for this price range? Thanks for the info.

ummm i'm not really sure yet... the engine prices i got there are from:
http://www.nippon-motors.com/Performance%20Engines.htm
they're from japan so i assumed they'd be 35-45k but I emailed them asking anyway.

this is what nippon-motors replied to me with:

They ussually come with about 40 to 50 thousand miles on them, this is average,
the law in Japan is 100K KM, whihc is around 40-50.

and both motors above are from there.
