You just need to connect them to the turn signal wires.
On '98+ Integras, those are the green wire and the black wire on the bumper lamps. I have not confirmed whether these colours are the same on other Integra model years.

One is the positive wire, one is the ground wire.

okay so it wouldnt really matter wich wire i use for what then? and i have a 95 integra but i could imagine their the same... the for EACH sidemarker i would take one wire and ground it.. then the other wire and tap it into what? the outer bulb in the corner lense... or the inner one... in other words the smaller or the bigger one. cus i know that the one on the outside of it is the smaller on and the one on the inside is 1157 size i believe
Yes, you want to ground one wire (should be the black one) on each side marker. Then you want to connect the white wires to the positive leads for the turn signals. These will be on the large 1157 bulbs. However, the 1157 socket will have 3 wires (a turn signal, a parking light, and a ground), so you want to be sure you are connecting them to the turn signal wires. You should be able to tell which is the turn signal, because it will be a different colour than the wire that is connected to the smaller wedge bulb in the corner lamp.

The parking light wire on the small wedge bulb socket should be the same colour as the parking light wire on the larger 1157 bulb socket. Therefore, the wire that is not found on the smaller wedge bulb should be the turn signal positive lead.
Yes, that should do it. As I said, the wire colours for the '98 Integra are as follows:
Green = turn signal positive
Black = ground
Yours may or may not match these colours.
