Should i keep my side moldings?
Yea I think this looks really good without them. I would say if you remove them, park away from all the other cars in the parking lot, but then again, parking away from everyone makes your car stand out, and it just screams steal me.
Side moldings on a lowered Integra do no purpose against larger cars/suv's.
Their doors would always hit above the moldings.
OP is going to paint his whole front end anyways. Might as well straighten the body and shave the moldings while at it.

The entire car is going to have body work and paint done to it
My only question is it really worth it?
I mean if i do it I want it done right. I know how to pop it out, but welding it? I have no clue on how to weld(I have read the write ups), but if i take it to a shop to do it, how much more would I have to paid?
My budget is going to be around 1500

They shouldn't charge you more than $50 tops to weld those tiny holes. If they want more, take it somewhere else. But I'm sure you are capable of grinding then bondo and sanding flush.
And it's hit or miss, shave the moldings and it looks clean and have chance for more door dings, keep them and looks nice and hardly any door dings lol
i removed mine and love how it looks check my garage if u wanna see one removed in white. totally worth the minor amount of bodywork to make your car look that much cleaner.
