short shifter
get a skunk2 short shifter. then you can put any shift **** on it that you want. i would either stick with the stock **** or you can get almost any aftermarket ****.

The Skunk2 shifter is weighted as is the skunk2 ****. The shifter is 100% steel compared to the cheaper aluminum shifters. From other posts on here, I was under the impression that the threads on the skunk2 shifter differ from stock and that very few aftermarket ***** share the same thread pattern (one reason people get the skunk2 ****). I'm supposed to get my skunk2 ss and **** on tuesday from across the border, I've had the ES shifter bushings since christmas
. Don't forget about bushings if you get a shifter.......

I know for a fact the Skunk2 **** fits stock threads, so the shortshifter must also.
I run the Neuspeed...highly recommend some urethane bushings to go along with your purchase (Neuspeed includes them for free)

no seriously. are the bends different? weight?</TD></TR></TABLE>
cheaper aluminum shifters break. the skunk2 ss is very strong, i beat on it to hell, its held up quite well.. well worth the 90 bucks.. not to mention, shifting from 3rd to 4th is like a 5 inch throw, it's crazy.

I just got a skunk2 ss and ****, but have no bushings. wheres the best place to find bushings and what specs should i look for, im kinda retarded when it comes to this
i dont know from experience (because my ss is still in its box) but i have heard mixed opinions. if u search on here u should come across a pretty big thread about it. i doubt there are any negative affects unless u cant shift in the first place
k, now i know i should search for this answer, but so far u guys have been really helpful so if someone could please answer that would be great. After winter as a gift from my rents i am gettin a auto to manual conversion, wut i need to know is can i only bolt up a tranny from a 90-93 or can i bolt up others? the engine is a B18A. thanx guys
i have the B&M ss with a type R shift ****, but i didnt put any new bushings in it, so it rattles a little. it shifts great, and cuts the throw a lot so i just turn the music up until it stops rattling. i used to have a 1990 integra and i put a dcsports shifter in there. i liked it a lot. it looked great and cut the throw more then my B&M(plus it didn't rattle!)
