shift light
Well, I' assuming you're talking about hooking it up electrically speaking. Just follow the directions. You should have three wires, 1 red for 12volt accessory/switch, 1 black for ground. and 1 green for tach signal. The wires just need to be spliced into the corresponding wires within you car's wiring system. If you're not electrically inclined, then I would suggest letting someone who knows electrical do it. It will save you time and worry in the long run.

care to explain why?
there are little gadgets that people have made for multiple shift light points. they work and are compact so it doesn't look like you have 3 shift lights sitting on your vent or cluster.. LOL

i have an autometer mini shift light. i also bought and rpm activated switch. 3 wires: Red - power / Black - Ground / Green - Tach signal. the green wire connects to the blue wire with silve dots behind the tach in the wiring harness on your gauge cluster. splice into that 1 then get an rpm pill for the point you want to shift at. if you want to i guess you could get 2 rpm activated switches and 2 shift lights and double splice the tach wire and put 2 different rpm pills in them. i dont know why you would want it to light up at that low of rpm anyway
