I recently removed the shift **** on my 94 Integra as part of the installation process for a new HU. Now after installing the shift **** back, it doest stay up. I have to turn it down to the base inorder for it not to move when my hand is on it. So...uh...what happen, did I break something? Doesn't apper to be anything holding the shift **** from inside. It's really annoying because I like the SN a little higher but it's low now......

 

Are you sure the **** used to be higher? Cause the **** just screws on. It should screw down until it is tight and then that's it. That's the height.

 

maybe u stripped the threads on the ****. i have one for sale check the sig.

 

Maybe you are right, I know it screws down until tight....but I thought it could be a little higher because it's touching the base of the boot cover now.....

 

the stock **** is supposed to match up the boot cover....you shouldn't be able to really see the actual shifting rod.
