i just got new axles and haven't had time to take it to the shop yet and find out what's going on, but my 92 GSR's steering wheel and gearshifter shakes when I accelerate. It feels like my lug nuts aren't tight, but they are all as tight as I can possibly get them. Any ideas?

 

maybe your weight fell off your wheels or you might have put the wheels on unevenly

 

i thought it might have something to do with the wheel weights. do you think it could be anything major?

 

you can try to see the rubber thing around the axel if its still there that supposable do some kinna balancing **** should be major

 

Best check your motor mounts to, specially if they are origianal

i had a similar thing and the shop changed my axles thinking it was that...but it wasn't...two new axles later they found out my half shaft was bent.

 

just fixed my axels, and the problem was gone....but i still have a slight shaking somewhere...think its my motor mounts...What wheels do you have?
