Default Rusted Spark Plug

I pulled the spark plugs out of my gsr and notice one of them was rusted. Guess water got in when I was cleaning the engine. Anyway, should I replace that rusted spark plugs???? Will there be any power lost because of the rusted plug?

Where is the rust? Is it at the bottom near the hex? Check your connections on your plug wire to make sure its not corroded in any way. If it is change your plugs and wires. If not you are probably fine the way it is.

Picture is up, do I need to replace that rusted spark plug? It's the first one in the back on the picture.
