I was changing my rotors and pads today and the tip of my impact driver bit broke off in one of the screws on the rightside rotor and is stuck in there, has any one has this happen? how did you get it out, i wanted some input before i drilled out the head of the screw so i could slip the rotor over it and then get it out. or i was going to try and weld a bolt to it and get it out that way. i don't care about damaging the rotor since it is being replaced anyway. thanks for the help!

 

Just drill it out. . once the rotor is off you can grab the rest of the screw with some pliers and pull it out.

 

yep drill her out and u should be set or u can get a screw extractor also
