Replacing lower shock mounts
I'm fixing to upgrade my '91 autox car to Koni SPSS shocks and I have Energy Suspension shock bushings to go all the way around.
My question is what's the easiest way to replace the lower shock bushings? I've searched and all I found was to press them out.
When I replaced the swing arm bushings, I used a torch to heat the shell to break the bond between the steel/rubber and the old bushings came right out. Is this not possible with the shock mounts?
TIA

remove lower contol arm, either press out or torch the hell out of it, clean up hole, insert new bushings, the bushings go in pretty easy, its getting the old out that takes time.
