im assuming you have an integra so, are you rebuilding your head back with stock valvetrain components or are you going to actually BUILD the head?, if your planning to do a stock rebuild new valve seals are a definite and valve springs, retainers and valves can usually jsut be cleaned and put back together with no problems unless of course there damaged before hand, if your gonna build the head for any application whether it be FI or all motor there are lots of aftermarket companies that sell, valvesprings, retainers, valves, cams etc....just do your research on what you think would fit your application best, head gaskets depend on your purpose, if your boosting and want to run more boost on stock internals get a thicker one, if your running all motor i think spoon sells a thinner gasket to raise compression, cometic sells a good gasket for turbo applications if you want to keep your compression the same, and of course stock gaskets are, well....stock, and theyll serve there purpose just as well as any other gasket without raising compression.....
intake manifold gaskets-stock of course that will be just as good for a stock rebuild or, HONDATA HEATSHIELD GASKET is tite, its 68 bucks and will drop your intake manifold temps dramatically, i have it on my car and its very nice, i can drive around in my car for hours, come back and put my hand on the manifold and not worry about it being to hot that it will burn me, i mean its hot but not scalding hot like with stock gaskets.......and i gained 10 hp from that gasket.......
i personally wouldnt recomend anything but a stock timing belt but there are companies that sell them, i thought spoon also sold one and for some reason i thought skunk2 did as well but im not certain.....just post back on what you plan the car to do and how much power your trying to make or if your just building it back to stock and im sure other users can give some info.......
