quik question

I just got a skunk2 racing strut bar for my front but are the end links suppose to be loose??? otherwise i gotta find a tool to tighten it more. I just wanna know before i install it on my car.

No, it should be tight - no rattles.

Usually it's best to install it first then tight everything up from there.
