wat horsepower ahould i expect on an ls vtec integra

Hey, from ontario too I see. Well I have seen jumps from 20-50 HP just from putting the head on. Don't quote me on that, read it somewhere.

I would say the gain is very noticeable, plus you have VTEC now!!!

Theres many different ways to setup a LS-VTEC. It really depends on the price range I have seen them range from 180hp-275hp. Go to search and read up on it, you could fall in love or change your mind completely. I have seen some major screw up LS-V and some nice reliable setups. Good luck on your search.

go with lsvtec, but throw some aftermarket internals in it, i recently got mines done, and i love it.
