No.
It needs to be extended about 3 inches/o2 bung added/ and the flange bolt pattern might need to be rotated 90deg.
I did it on my 95 RS and it costed $25 at the muffler shop.

seriously though, its a honda-tech post, not his freshman comp essay. and i dont think he really cares or else he would've used spell check.
