Default Quick easy question

Will a greddy evo2 exhaust fit a 01 gsr from a 97 gsr? I already know the answer is probly no... the cats are different right?

the answer is no.. 94-99 exhaust on a gsr is a different length as 00-01 gsr. i believe the 00-01 gsr exhaust will actually fit on 94-01 ls/rs/gs as well. maybe type r too but im not sure.

sorry bro, that kinda sucks. you lookin at the evo2 that some dude is selling for 350 with a 250 DC sports header? yeah i want that exhaust too...

I have a tanabe racing medallion catback on my 98 gsr... how much work is needed to make it fit a 94 LS?

hmm. 98 GSR, it'll need to be shortened a bit I think, but im not sure how much. i could be completely wrong and it may need to be lengthened, i can't for the life of me remember WHY it won't fit lol. should be a quick fix for a muffler/exhaust shop though.

the exhaust will fit. all you need to do is take it to an exhaust shop or if you know how to weld then you can either shorten or legnthen it as needed. not too hard good luck

well yeah i guess, almost any exhaust will fit with a certain amount of modification/welding. but a few will fit easily with minimum work.

it really is minimal when you think about it. all you do is measure the pipe and figure out how much needs to be added or taken out and do a lil welding. 1 hour of work tops.
