Ok i have read several threads about Throttle Bodies being interchangeable ... but what about the actual sensors on the TB ...

I have a LS (b18b) stock 58mm TB

havent been able to find a throttle body sized 64 or 65mm for my LS ... without me sending it off to get it bored out ... now ... ive found Optauto ... sells JG 65mm Throttle bodies but say its for a GSR ... what kind of problems would i have with my ECU and the way they operate with the GSR sensors ? what would i have to modify
