Problem keeping alignment
I notice that my car seems to lose its front alignment a little bit after a couple thousand miles or less. Nothing massively out of spec, but out of spec nonetheless. FWIW, I'm on ITR springs and have omni UCAs. Car also has a tenth or so negative caster. Locknuts on the tie rods are tight and the steering rack seems to have no play (at the steering wheel). Ball joints also seem good.
I'm not testing my tie rods or ball joints, however neither the alignment techs or my regular mechanic found anything noticeably loose. I did test my steering play like described in section 17 of the Helm manual.
It's toe that keeps getting knocked out by up to a tenth or two of a degree.

Alignments are sensitive, especially with my GSR. I dont think you are doing anything wrong. The only possible thing that can go wrong is it you dont tighten the locking nut. I have Skunk UCA's as well.
Who are you taking your vehicle to get checked in terms of alignment?

NTB. However, one I shop I go to is run by a friend/ former co-worker of my mechanic and the other location seems to have a good reputation among the local "tuner" (or is that "ricer"
) crowd.
