Just bought GS-R door panels for my '96 RS. I want to be able to use the power locks and component speakers in them. Any ideas on how to install them in, since my car doesn't utilize them?

My 94 RS has power locks! But that doesnt really help you.


I imagine that the lock assemblys are different for manual locks and power locks, so you sould probably have to switch everything out of yours for an entire assembly out of the GSR.

you would have to get the motor that locks and unlocks the lock...what parts in exact you would need, i dont know but for sure you need the motor. hope that helps

 

You need the door lock module and door wiring harness from an LS/GSR.
