Did you put a lift and 42" tires on it?
If all you've done to the car is i/h/e/chip and it was working fine before that, then yes your tune is way off. You could have a fuel leak or a vaccum leak as well. That's pretty impressive that you can only get about 50 miles to a tank lol.

- Put a stock ECU back in the car and see if your mpg comes back. If it does, then throw out that chip and get a tune.

what "chip" do you have?
what cams are you running?
^Thats what I was thinking if u get on it u should really smell some fuel, well actually u should be able to smell it idling with that MPG lol.... Try a stock ecu ASAP before u mess something up...
Check the o2 sensor also, Make sure it is reading in preamiters and its my biased lean.
Like they said swap to a stock ecu and see if that increases your mpg at all. You tune may have got ****ed up also causing you to overfuel.
Whats your fuel system you are running? FRP Fuel Pump, Injector CC?

tune that thing since you chipped it. do your usual tune up. check your tire pressure, clean your injectors, work out and lose weight.
