Seems fairly common with non-OEM cats, from what I've seen in other threads.

I've never seen it mentioned - is there any such thing as a way to test it at a muffler shop?

Good luck

Just got this code yesterday on my 96 ls, but i already knew my cat and sensors were bad surprised the code barely popped up. Im pretty sher if your cat is a hi flow and im not 100% but i think high flows along with test pipes have to have a o2 fouler on the o2 sensor to not get the code.

They make a plug so to say that will hook into the plug that is off the oxygen sensor that will replace the oxygen sensor what it will do is send a generic signal to the ecu so that it thinks the oxygen sensor is reading fine. But then you run the risk of the car running incorrectly and you not knowing. You could also try getting an OEM cat.

the code will appear anytime the cat drops below 80% efficiency. so it may be a hi flow or what not but to kill the light the RIGHT way. the cat needs to be replaced or like Zombie said they make kits to "fool" the ecu....wouldnt go that route tho IMO.

I can look when I get home tonight but I wouldn't recommend running the car off it for a long period of time. I would just run it for inspection then put your oxygen sensor back in

go to googe and type in Integra oxygen sensor simulator and click on the first link it should be from a post on team Integra I believe but look at what all is on there looks like your looking to spend about 50 bucks. Sorry would copy and paste links but I'm on my phone and it won't let me.
