You need to host your images on a website, i like to use photobucket. After you do that. Right click on the image to get the image's address. After you copy that address you need to click on the "insert image" button up top. Then you place your address in the middle of those brackets. img]placeaddresshere[/img like that

If this is too vague you might wanna try that search button up there. (top right) i searched for "how to post pictures" and came up with a bagillion threads on how to do it.
