Hi guys! I have a '92 civic hatch with a '93 B18A1 Ls swap in it with a 92-93 GS-R cable tranny and a P75 ECU. Every time I try to go over 130mph the ECU wont let me. Is that normal????

Possibly, most cars has a speed governor. But going 130 isn't exactly normal.

JDM ECUs have governers, USDM ECUs do not. What is the p/n (37820-P75-???)?

Re: P75 ECU???'s (Rickdrizzle)
Yes the p/n starts with 37820-P75 and the rest don't have it in hand but on the p/n sticker there's also a 2 letter code which is AW. I'll try to look into a USDM ECU but the reason I have the P75 is because it doesn't look for the O2 sensor or the crank sensor, this way I don't get a check engine light. Thanks for the info bro!
