My wife has a 98 Integra, LS. My problem is when My wife is driving around, and she turns on the head lights, everything is fine until she turns on the Left hand turn signal. When she turns it on, the windshield wipers come on at the highest speed and stay on from one to ten minutes and then go off by themselves, and they do not turn off when the blinker goes off.. While that is happening tho, the left turn arrow is dimly lit.

I haven't had a chance to tear into the steering column yet, but I was wondering if anyone else has come across this?

thats too freaking weird. have you recently done anything to the car? sounds like a pinched wire somewhere
