Default newbie

hey new here to honda-tech. I dont really have a car right now(since im only in the 10th grade and dont even have a job), but at the end of the summer ill get my first car. Im gonna buy a 92 integra from my brothers friend. Think he said it had a gsr bottom end with a b16 head, ys1 lsd or somthing like that and some other **** i cant remember. And sad to say this but ill probably have the fastest car at my school (since i go to a ghetto *** skool wit nothin but ricers). Do you guys think that this would be a good car to start out with? or should i just get a hatch, but seems like every other teen has a hatch.

Yea man go for it. It's a great first car. A DA was my first car actually and love it. Sadly stupid bitch rear ended me and wrecked it after I got done with the exterior . JDM YO Gsr motor man your gonna have fun in that. Just make sure you modify with taste and your all good. I'm actually gonna buy one again for daily driver in a couple of months. Yea I love my DA more than my srt-4 LOL

oh yea i have a quick question, one thing i dotn like about the integra is that the exhaust is slanted diagonally, and i was just wonderin does this help out performance wise because if it doesnt imma get a new exhaust then.

The fewer bends, the better and I don't think that the DA Integra needs that. It's kind of annoying to me too - "JDM style gone wrong".
I think that it would be a nice car, but I would be wary of buying a modified car from someone. Just make sure it's in good running shape and can be smogged. You don't too many hassles for your first car, although it is a learning experience.
