hey guys im looking for a really good write up with pictures o how to pull a gsr head?

if anyone has a link to one or has one them selves please send it thanks,

no go buy a manual or Google one there are plenty of pdf's on the internet this is honda tech, not hold your hand tech

its easy as 1 2 3. unplug all the hoses and wires. take off the valve cover then cam caps, then cams. Just pull off the timing belt. it will go but you need to go slow. Once cams out, you'll see the bolt holes. I usually take my head off with the IM

couldnt have said it better myself, this is a forum for hondas, not some technical website where you ask questions about hondas or honda related things

yea the best and smartest way to do it yourself would be to go buy a haynes manual.. Thats what i did when building my car and i had no problems at all. Jus be smart about it all..

I recommend a true Helm shop manual instead of Haynes or Chilton. The info in the cheapo books is not always accurate and torque specs and tightening orders are easier to find in a real shop manual.

1. Buy a manual. It'll pay for itself in time.
2. Google. There are plenty of sites that go through the steps.
3. Search this forum and others. Plethora of info out there.
