Ok to start Im a toyota tech. I own three integras and one civic hb w/ b-series in it. My problem is I can drive 30 miles or more and the lower rad hose dont get hot but the car has great heat. I recently replaced the t-stat and radiator.The car dont overheat at all but the upper rad hose will swell up sometimes. I bleed the system with the funnel and theres no air in the system at all. So Im in need of some ideas anything would help.
