Default need help with timing on a b18a1

ok i took the frint cam out to find one of the little nuts that holds down the lifters it would crank and run good before i put the cam back right i tryed to crank it and now it wont crank so whats the easyest way to time it

you ran the car with only one cam??? Are the cams set to TDC?? If so you need to make sure the crank pully timing marks line up with the timing makr on the block/timing cover

no i didin run it with one cam it ran good be for i took the cam out .............so if the bottom dosent line up, then it got out of time when i tryed to start it
