need help quick using auto harness on a manual chassis!

Need help quick using auto harness on a manual chassis!
okay long story short...old harness went up in flames [dont ask how!] and *** wipes at the junkyard gave me a harness out of an auto obd1 integra. They wont take it back so im stuck with it....now i have everything plugged in but the clutch interlock switch...well of course because auto tegs do not have them...so what wires do i cut and or splice together to get this to work!?!?!? any helpful input is greatly appreciated....i just wanna hear it start again...
here are some specs in case you are wondering:
car: 1994 obd1 2dr integra
motor: b18b1
ecu: stock
this is the only thing holding me back from starting it...all accessories work [lights, gauges, radio...]
